Donation Collection Service

Here at Nightingales we are so grateful for your donated goods which we are able to then sell on to generate vital funds for patient care at Nightingale House Hospice. Nightingales offer a free Covid-secure collection service for furniture, electricals and homeware donations. We can also collect bags of smaller items such as books, clothing, accessories, CDs and DVDs and children toys at the same time. Please be aware that all collections are down to our drivers discretion.

Please ensure that:

  • All items are in a saleable condition
  • Any upholstered furniture is complete with a fire safety label
  • You have checked our list of items we cannot take for legal or health and safety reasons

    Covid-19 Update

    Our van crews are unable to collect from a household where a member is suffering from Covid-19 symptoms, is self-isolating or has tested positive within the last 14 days. Please only complete the Collection Form if you know your household is coronavirus free.
