FUNDRAISING

With only 20% coming from statutory sources, we rely on the generosity of the communities we serve to raise the additional funding. The Income Generation team, which includes our Lottery, Shops and Fundraising Department, work hard to support the community with raising funds.

How can I help?

  • Attend one of our many events
  • Organise your own event for friends, colleagues and family to attend
  • Save your pennies and unwanted change in your very own home money cube
  • Get sponsored to do something challenging like a skydive or marathon
  • Start a Tribute Fund in memory of a loved one
  • Leave a legacy in your will
  • Make a donation

Without fundraising a lot of the ‘added extras’ that make the hospice a remarkable place wouldn’t exist. We get less than 20% of our funds from government sources therefore fundraising is essential for us to continue to give the very best care to our patients. Over the years I have always enjoyed meeting and working with our fabulous supporters and seeing the huge difference their heart-warming generosity had made to families in the local communities.
