Online Volunteer Assistant 

Do you know your way around online selling? Have a keen eye for the unusual or sought-after collectables? Then we have just the volunteering role for you!

Role Overview

Nightingale House Hospice has a successful eLearning platform and urgently needs volunteers to meet demand and help the department grow!

As part of this role you could help to:

Identify collectable or on-trend items
Research the value of potential items
Create listings i.e. taking photographs and writing descriptions
Package the sold items ready for posting
Desirable skills and attributes:

Experience of online selling as a customer or seller
Basic IT skills
Basic photography skills phone or digital camera
Positive with a professional attitude
Pleasant and approachable with a friendly personality
Able to work under pressure
Conscientious and committed to providing excellent customer service
Willing to work as part of a team
Flexible and adaptable to change
Reliable

Essential Information

You must be at least 16 years of age
Be able to supply two character references
This role is subject to a basic level Disclosure Barring Services Check
