The invitation-only event will take place on Sunday 21^st November 2021 at Plas Madoc Leisure Centre, Llangollen Road, Acrefair, Wrexham LL14 3HL.

As you kindly sponsored a panel/s as part of our Build a Balloon campaign, we cordially invite you plus 1 guest to this indoor unveiling of the Nightingale Balloon.

Nightingale House Hospice and Spirit Operations will cold inflate the balloon between 10.30am – 4pm on Sunday 21^st November at pre-selected time slots. As this will not be a normal inflation of the balloon, the balloon will only partially inflate on its side during this unveiling. You will be able to find your picture/message on the large prints around the hall. These prints will enable you to visualise the location of your panel on the balloon (which you may be able to see on the day). The benefit of the cold inflation is supporters will be able to get closer than normal to the balloon and see inside it. We are hoping to arrange another date for a full outdoor inflation in 2022 when the weather starts to improve. We will be in touch to let you know more about future dates.

All bookings must be made by 7th November at the latest.

Please Note: 1 Panel Sponsorship = 2 Adult tickets for Unveiling.

Children under 14 are allowed in addition to your two adult tickets but number of children attending, and children’s names must be provided at time of booking.

Once your time slot has been booked you will be unable to amend your booking.

Any responses after the 7th of November will not be able to attend due to event restrictions.
