Remember a loved one

A gift in memory of someone special is a positive way of commemorating a life and supporting the work of Nightingale Hospice.

Every donation we receive makes a difference to the patients and their families in our care; without your generosity we could not continue to provide our care.

Beverley James, who lost her husband Gareth to cancer in 2023, has raised thousands of pounds in his memory. Gareth was cared for by staff at Nightingale House following his diagnosis.

Speaking of her fundraising efforts, Beverley said:

“Nightingale House supported Gareth and I through our three-year journey and helped to give us the strength to carry on living and enjoying life with a terminal diagnosis. I am keen to give something back.”

This upcoming Father’s Day, we celebrate all the wonderful dads, grandads and Father figures in our lives, those who are with us today and those whose love continues to guide us from memory.

Our online dedication page is a special place where you can honour these remarkable individuals. Share a heartfelt message, memory or photo to celebrate the impact they’ve had on your life.

Every dedication helps support Nightingale House Hospice in providing compassionate, specialist care, ensuring families receive comfort, dignity and precious moments when they need it most.
