Lottery
For a small amount each week to play our lottery you can make the world of difference to someone receiving our care.
Playing the Nightingale House Lottery is an easy, fun and rewarding way to help us to meet our annual running costs; every pound you play goes a long way to supporting our mission.
By joining the lottery you will not only be helping us to continue providing care to patients and their families when they need it most, you will be in with the chance of winning a share of our weekly prize fund of £3,550!
With 10 prizes up for grabs it’s a fun way to support your local hospice for £1 a week.
Here’s how it works:
For £1 a week, you will be automatically allocated a unique, six-digit Lottery number.
This is your set of numbers that you play with for as long as you want to remain in the draw (which you can cancel at any time).
Any prize cheques you win are issued and posted directly to you, so there’s no need for you to do anything – your prize will arrive at your door!
When you play, you can feel proud to know that you’re supporting your community, your hospice and the vital work that we do. Everyone’s a winner.
Lottery Terms & Conditions apply. You must be aged 18 or over to enter.

Real Winners
Rosetta Bennet won the top prize of £2,500 in November 2025. This is what she told us about finding out she had won:
“When I got the phone call, I honestly couldn’t believe it. I just kept saying ‘oh my gosh’. I never win anything, so to find out I’d won £2,500 from the Nightingale House Lottery was such a lovely surprise, especially just before Christmas. We’d only just booked a holiday, so it meant we could pay for that without worrying. It really was a wonderful day.”
