Helping you maintain independence

Our Occupational Therapy service is here to support you in living as independently and comfortably as possible. We work with you to find practical solutions that make everyday life easier, while promoting safety, wellbeing, and confidence.

How we can help:

  • Equipment & Adaptations – Guidance on aids and adaptations to improve safety and independence.

  • Energy Conservation & Fatigue Management – Support in balancing activity and rest to make the most of your energy.

  • Pain & Symptom Management – Practical techniques to ease discomfort and improve wellbeing.

  • Relaxation & Breathlessness Support – Strategies to help you feel more in control of your breathing and stress levels.

  • Support with Daily Tasks – Helping you maintain independence with activities such as dressing, cooking, and mobility.

Our aim is to help you continue doing the things that matter most, with the right support to stay in control of your daily life.

“My focus is on helping patients do the things that matter most to them. Whether that’s maintaining independence in daily activities, finding ways to adapt to changes, or supporting emotional wellbeing, it’s about improving quality of life and making every day as meaningful as possible.”
