We’re very sorry to announce that Run the Beat, due to take place on 19th September, will no longer be going ahead.
Despite a significant promotional campaign and the support of many local organisations and individuals who have helped us spread the word, registrations have unfortunately not reached the level needed to make the event financially viable.
As a charity, we have a responsibility to ensure that the funds entrusted to us are used as effectively as possible to support hospice care, and we therefore don’t feel it would be right to commit the significant additional costs required to deliver the event.
Everyone who has registered will be contacted directly with further information.
We’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who signed up, fundraised, shared the event, volunteered or helped us promote it. We’re incredibly grateful for your support and very sorry for the disappointment.
