As part of our Year of the Challenge 2026, we are inviting businesses to take on the £50 Challenge and help raise vital funds for Nightingale House Hospice.
The £50 Challenge is a simple and fun way for businesses to fundraise together. Your business pledges £50 to get started, you use that £50 to raise as much money as possible using your business and entrepreneurial skills.
How does it work?
- Pledge £50 to get started
- Get creative and use that £50 to fundraise as much as you can
- The choice is yours, whether it’s a bake sale, sweepstake, dress-down day, quiz or something completely unique such as launching a product or hosting an event
There are no strict rules, just plenty of room for creativity. Your £50 could become £500, £5,000 or even more, making a real difference to local hospice care.

Every pound raised helps us provide free care and support for people living with life-limiting and progressive conditions, including inpatient care, family and bereavement support, wellbeing services and rehabilitation.
The challenge must be completed by 1 October 2026, and businesses can join at any point before then.
