Do you need that extra motivation to lose weight and get fit? Take part in our sponsored slimathon in aid of Nightingale House Hospice between 4th Jan and 31st March 2010. Your support wll raise much needed funds for our patients and their families.

Registration is free and you get a goody bag full of free gifts, helpful advice, Celebrity Slim samples and vouchers to use at your local Rowlands Pharmacy, Total Fitness in Wrexham (Stansty Rd, opposite The Walnut pub) and Nightingale House Hospice.

You may follow any diet you wish, however Celebrity Slim are kindly donating £2 for every 1lb lost using their products. The slimmer who uses Celebrity Slim to lose the greatest percentage of their starting weight wins a professional makeover, £200 worth of clothes from Debenhams, a photo shoot and a photo for you to keep (or show off!) plus a 6 month gym membership for Total Fitness.
