Banking group asks customers to nominate recipients of Community Chest Fund

Banking group Santander has launched a scheme to donate £250,000 to local charities across the UK. The Spanish retail and commercial bank is asking its customers in the UK to vote for the local charities they think should receive funding to mark the rebranding of Abbey and Bradford & Bingley to Santander.

Hospice gets a car!

Bank of America have given away a red Astra car to the Nightingale House Hospice in Wrexham, following a fun lonely hearts-style campaign in which its associates were encouraged to find a home for the ‘bright bubbly Astra.’

Bellis Santa Parade

Santa and his reindeers paraded at Bellis Farm Shop and Garden Centre in Holt for their ‘A Taste of Christmas’ evening on Friday 27th November and Saturday 28th November through Holt Village raising £2,500 for their local charity Nightingale House Hospice.

Sponsored Santa Dash Success!

Over 150 santa’s got into the festive mood early this Christmas by taking part in a sponsored 3k Santa Dash through Mold Town Centre on Sunday 6^th December in aid of Nightingale House Hospice and St Kentigern Hospice.

Christmas Fair raises £4,000!

Saturday 21st November saw over 500 guests attend Nightingale House Hospice’s annual Christmas Fair.  The day proved to be a huge success, raising over £4000 for the Hospice.
