Christmas can be particularly difficult following bereavement. It can trigger many different emotions including celebration and remembrance.
Light Up a Life gives us the opportunity to remember and celebrate a life in a positive way.
People from all faiths and beliefs are invited to remember a loved one or to honour a friend, relative or colleague with our special Light up a Life Services.
Light Up A Life Services illuminate the lights dedicated to your loved ones. These lights will shine brightly each night up until the Twelfth Night. The name of your loved one will also be entered into the special Book of Memories and can be viewed at each service.
We will acknowledge your gift with a card, or alternatively, we can send a card on your behalf if your light is a gift for someone else.
Nightingale House Hospice holds a number of Light up a Life services for those who live outside Wrexham or can’t attend the Hospice switch-on service. These services are a replica of the Hospice service and give the opportunity to remember our loved ones at Christmas.
