Are you brave enough for a 10000ft tandem skydive?

We have 20 places up for grabs to take part in our sponsored tandem Skydive 2017. How would you like to throw yourself out of a plane at 10,000 feet above the beautiful countryside of Whitchurch all in aid of raising vital funds to keep the hospice going?

There is a £70 deposit to be paid and we ask for a minimum of £500 sponsorship per person.

Please read full terms and conditions which are available here before signing up.

We also have online fundraising available via Just Giving which is really simple! This will be sent to you following your registration.

You understand that, despite the best training and equipment, parachuting in any form holds an element of risk and may result in serious injury or death.

You voluntarily accept all risks inherent in the sport and agree for yourself and your personal representatives to indemnify and hold harmless The Parachute Centre Ltd, Nightingale House Hospice and their representatives against any claim or claims whether on your own account or from third parties arising out of any accident or incident resulting in any loss or damage including bodily injury or death. If you cannot accept the risks you should not participate.

Skydivers need a reasonably high standard of physical fitness and must not be overweight in relation to their sex, age and height. Please note that the minimum age for parachuting is 16 years and anyone under the age of 18 years must have the written consent of a parent or guardian.

All persons making a Tandem Skydive are required to purchase Provisional Membership of the British Parachute Association (BPA), valid for twelve months. The cost is included in the price. Membership of the BPA includes Third Party Liability insurance up to the value of £2,000,000. Once purchased, membership of the BPA is non-refundable and non-transferable. The BPA insurance is for Third Party Liability and provides no cover for personal injury or death. Personal accident insurance can be arranged by The Parachute Centre and we recommend that you are adequately covered.

A non-refundable deposit of £70 is required when you book your place.

The balance of your £500 sponsorship for Nightingale House Hospice must be pledged and guaranteed 14 DAYS BEFORE YOUR SKYDIVE (SATURDAY 2ND SEPTEMBER). The easiest way to raise sponsorship is online using www.justgiving.com If you do not raise the funds required BY FRIDAY 9TH SEPTEMBER, you will incur a charge of £160 to cover the cost of the skydive.
