Forget me not

Forget-Me-Not flowers have been planted in the Hospice grounds in celebration of friends, family and loved ones for all to view as they drive past.

By making a donation to the Hospice – no matter how big or small – we will plant Forget-Me-Nots on your behalf. As well as planting Forget-Me-Nots on your behalf in the garden, the completed dedication forms will be displayed on our special Forget-Me-Not board in the Hospice reception for the months of June and July.

Forget-Me-Not dedications are only collected from May – July each year.
